GIG REVIEW by Giggle Town Arts

What a fantastic day we had bringing our Seaside-themed Arty Circus Fun to @BirstallGala! Our activity area was buzzing from start to finish, with Pirates and Sailors leading a whole host of interactive fun for families to enjoy.

 

There were bubbles galore to chase, catch and pop, alongside our ever-popular Have-A-Go Circus Skills, featuring Spinning Plates and Ribbon Dancing Mini Workshops. Visitors also enjoyed our Funny Frames photo opportunities, Have-A-Go Puppet Play, and creative activities in our Art Café. Young artists and Old could create a Pirate Flag or Sea Dragon Stone Rubbing, while buckets of chalk kept everyone busy designing their colourful Seaside Postcards.

 

Adding to the fun, our Mascot Kelvin made plenty of new friends throughout the day, and our Sailor Stilt Walker was impossible to miss as he towered above the crowds!

 

Being situated alongside the Ice Cream Van 'Jack Frost Ices' and the amazing 'Birstall Games Club' tent was the perfect bonus, helping to create a wonderful atmosphere all day long.
