Booking Terms

How to book...

Our Booking Process and terms

Initial Contact

Please supply as much detail about your event and the entertainment you require as possible, including venue address and relevant timings

(Our Contact/Enquiry form has all the relevant fields to include)

Offer of Entertainment

We will then forward to you a standard proposal of entertainment we can deliver based on the information you provide and will invite you to accept the booking

​

Acceptance of Booking

Once we have accepted your booking we will send you an invoice, which is payable before the event. Along with our Insurance Documentation and copies of our standard Risk Assessments (additional Risk Assessments may need to be completed on the day)

​

Confirmation of Booking

When we have received payment we will confirm your booking by email

​

Event Day

The performer will arrive in good time to set-up for the booked entertainment, usually at least a hour before the start time

​
